The DX230LC-9 is powered by a DEVELON DX05V 5.018-liter, 4-cylinder diesel engine featuring common-rail direct injection, twin turbochargers, air-to-air intercooling, and electronic engine control. The engine is designed to meet current emissions requirements and provides strong low-speed torque for demanding digging and loading applications. The DX230LC-9 uses DEVELON's fully electro-hydraulic control system and e-EPOS hydraulic management system.
