The MT242E is the gear-drive version of our top compact — 42.5 HP diesel, 12-speed synchro shuttle, and a Cat I hitch that lifts close to 1,800 pounds. If you grew up driving a gear tractor and want the most capability in the MT2 frame without paying for hydrostatic, this is it. Same LL3003 loader as the MT242HE: 2,506 pounds on a 66-inch bucket, serious lift for a compact frame. The 4-cylinder CRDI diesel is smooth and fuel-efficient. Industrial tires handle our gravel roads and pasture clay better than any turf tire will.
